English Worship Coordinatorfull-time

Primary Purpose:

The purpose of the English Worship Director is to Lead the church-wide Worship Ministry for the church in conjunction with the vision set by the Lead Pastor and Senior Leadership Team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership
  • Plans and coordinates with the Spanish Worship Coordinator and Executive Pastor of Spiritual
  • Development for upcoming worship services, training and development.
  • Visits each English speaking Celebration Campus each quarter for evaluation and encouragement.
  • Responsible for the recruitment and development of all Campus Worship Leaders.
  • Responsible for Churchwide English Musical Worship planning and communication between campuses for relevant Song Development.
  • Serves as a Consultant to Campus Worship Leaders in Campus Specific Worship Team recruitment (including audition process) and development.
  • Serves as a Consulting Resource for Campus Worship Leaders in Emergency Situations.
  • Serves as a Consultant to Stage Designers across Campuses.
  • Oversight of the Church-wide Worship Budget, Worship expenses, Subscriptions, and campus musician payments in conjunction with the Spanish Worship Director and guidance from the Executive Pastor of Spiritual Development.
  • Lead the monthly worship leader meeting/training in conjunction with the Spanish Worship Director.
  • Leads, Coordinates, and Empowers for the English Musical Worship needs for Church-wide All-Staff Meetings and Ministry Retreats, Conferences, etc…
  • Works in conjunction and in collaboration with the Ministry Directors of Celebration Church.
  • Attends and participates in Ministry Directors Meetings and Emphases.

Clerical

  • Responsible for the administrative tasks associated with the churchwide English worship ministry. 
  • Create and manage people and group lists for the Worship Arts Ministries. 

Propresenter

  • Oversees and crafts the model weekend plan for the churchwide adult planning center plans
  • Serve as a resource for campus-specific Propresenter Creation
  • Serve as a general Propresenter Trainer for Campus Specific Personnel
  • Other unforeseen duties as assigned

Planning Center

  • Serve as an administrator of Planning Center for Celebration Church
  • Train new staff and ministry assistants on the use of Planning Center
  • Serve as the media controller for Planning Center
  • Other unforeseen duties as assigned

Accounting

  • Oversee the submission of and reconciling of receipts and PFR’s
  • Oversee the submission of and reconciling of petty cash.
  • Manage worship payroll requests for all campuses, including:
  •    *Weekly acquiring info from campuses
  •    *Acquiring direct deposit and W9 info from new payees
  •    *Preparing PFR’s for paid musicians or technicians for all campuses

Kids Camp Counselorpart-time

Primary Purpose:

We are seeking creative and organized camp counselors to join our Kids Camp team. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping and educating our campers by instructing them on numerous outdoor activities and experiences. You will also collaborate with other counselors, create recreational plans and activities, and lead campers in fun-filled projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee camper activities
  • Guide and teach a range of outdoor activities 
  • Ensure camper safety and monitor their activities
  • Set up and ensure recreation equipment is secure and stored properly
  • Supervise campers during meals
  • Instruct campers in daily routines and cleanup tasks
  • Follow safety and emergency procedures and guidelines
  • Work one-on-one with campers
  • Instruct and organize camper projects (arts and crafts, dramatics, etc.)

Skills:

FACILITIES ASSOCIATE CENTRAL SUPPORTfull-time

Primary Purpose:

The associate reports directly to the Director of Facilities and Transportation  Management and is responsible for assisting in the management of services and processes that support Celebration Church and their various ministries. The associate will assist the Director / Campus Pastor to ensure that all Celebration ministries have the most suitable working environments for their members, employees and visitors. Must be willing to meet and prayer daily with leader of the day.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing moderately complex maintenance work, including routine construction, preventive maintenance, and completing repairs or improvements to buildings, fixtures, mechanical equipment, minor electrical equipment or fixtures, plumbing, and grounds.
  • Assisting in project management (supervising and coordinating the work of outside independent contractors and/or volunteer teams).
  • Assisting in the preparation of the grounds for various events or activities.
  • Inspection of facilities, monitoring for plumbing/drainage problems, lights out, vandalism, etc., and making any repairs as needed.
  • Assisting in essential services, such as security, maintenance, waste disposal, recycling, and such other services as ensuring an optimal work environment or working order for all buildings, grounds, machinery, systems, and vehicles;
  • Make sure that all buildings and premises comply with health and safety requirements.
  • Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise under the oversight of the Director of Facility and Transportation Management.
  • Completing such other work as may be directed from time to time by the Director of Facilities and Transportation Manager.

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of, and ability to perform, plumbing, electrical contracting, carpentry, HVAC repair and maintenance, painting, and general maintenance and repair.
  • Basic understanding of, and ability to conduct general maintenance and repair of, automobiles and other vehicles, miscellaneous mechanical equipment, and machinery.
  • Ability to use common tools in the performance of routine maintenance, repairs, and light construction.
  • General knowledge of, and ability to complete, landscaping services.

LTCC DIRECTORfull-time

Description:

The Hollygrove- Dixon Life Transformation Center (LTC) Director of Celebration Church will be responsible for giving both strategic and day to day leadership to the ministry and programming carried out in the Hollygrove- Dixon neighborhood and specifically at the Life Transformation Center in that community. This person will be relied on for experience and professional judgment to lead teams, plan, implement, and execute day-to-day operations with. This position is part of the Community Compassion Ministry Team and as such will answer to the Community Compassion Director under the leadership and authority of the Ministry Director of Celebration Church.  The Community Compassion Ministry Team is a mission team of Celebration Church.

Job Summary:

This is a dynamic job. This position requires great leadership ability to maximize the talents of the team. Doing so means being a manager, a teacher, a critic, leading by example and being a caring role model all at once. It requires outstanding managerial abilities and analytical yet spiritual judgments. The position also requires planning and leading your team to the execution of day-to-day activities with a foresight consciousness as well as the flexibility to implement new processes and procedures and adapt to unexpected changes as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in conjunction with the LTC planning and coordination team to develop a strategic plan for connecting with the Hollygrove-Dixon Community to determine how the residents of that community believe they can best be served by this ministry. 
  • Working in conjunction with the Ministry Director of Celebration Church to create and implement a ministry plan for meeting the needs determined by the community.
  • Communicating with and developing a symbiotic relationship with HHCD for the purpose of utilizing the program’s professionals and funding opportunities that are available through HHCD.
  • Developing a strong volunteer team through Celebration Church’s congregation to carry out ministry with the people of the neighborhood.
  • Developing an operations budget in conjunction with the Business Manager of Celebration Church and the Ministry Director. 
  • Identify and apply for grants and funding that would help support non-professional programming to meet the needs of the community. 
  • Giving direction and leadership to all paid and/or volunteer staff that are hired and/or recruited for completing tasks and workflow necessary to facilitating the ministry plan.

Hope Closet Store Associatefull-time

Duties include:

  • Operate the cash register to sell merchandise.
  • Clean the store and ensure products are properly displayed before the store opens.
  • Organize merchandise on shelves and restock them when they become empty.
  • Perform routine inventory counts and submit reports to the Store Manager.

CAMPUS WORSHIP LEADER – part-time

The primary role of the Worship Leader is to offer guidance and practical hands-on direction to the (Specific) Campus musical worship leaders of Celebration Church. The Worship Leader will share responsibility for the ongoing worship service growth and development for all Campus Worship Teams in cooperation with the other Campus Worship Ministry Staff.

Curriculum and Instruction Supervisor – full-time

PRIMARY ROLE:
The primary role of the position of Curriculum and Instruction Supervisor is to ensure that the vision of Celebration Church for CCCS and ELC is carried out in the areas of Curriculum and Instruction. All programs, students, and grades would be included in this oversight.

Responsibilities:
The Curriculum and Instruction Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to ensure the quality and implementation of Celebration Church’s academic and educational goals by working in collaboration with the other administrators of the school as well as the educational consultant hired by Celebration Church to ensure that the vision of Celebration Church is accomplished.

Individualized Learning Center (ILC) Monitor – full-time

Primary Role:

The primary role of the position of ILC Monitor is to oversee a classroom of students that are enrolled in an independent self-paced learning program. The ILC Monitor is responsible for tracking the progress of each student, unlocking quizzes as they progress through their individualized curriculum, and ensuring that students are completing assignments with integrity.

CCCS Pre-K4 Teacher – full-time

SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS – full day or partial day

Come spend the day with us!  Celebration Christian School System is hiring full day or half day substitute teachers at the Crescent City Christian School location. This position would entail being available on occasion between the hours of 7:30 – 3:30 Monday through Friday as needed.
