The Apostle Paul wrote that the church of Jesus Christ is made up of many members whose talents, gifts and contributions are each essential to the strength and success of the local and world-wide “Body of Christ” (1 Corinthians 12:1-27). Christians are not to just be attendees of worship services. Instead, we are to be constantly utilizing our gifts, talents, abilities and resources in a cooperative effort to serve God by serving others.

So, what are you doing to contribute to the “we” focus of our Church team? Are you involved in a Life Group, where you can learn, grow and serve together with other believers? Are you involved in one of our many ministries, utilizing your time and talents to serve God and help others? Remember, teams with a few “stars” rarely win a championship. But teams with a “we” mentality win championship after championship, and when that occurs, every member of the team can rejoice in what has been accomplished. Get involved in the “Celebration Team” today, and partner with the rest of us to accomplish something great for the Lord, our region and our world.
