DESCRIPTIONS OF BREAK-OUT SESSIONS
1. Outreach— Shawn Johnson – Developing and praying for the people on your FRAN list / effectively planning a Reach Party / and the necessary follow-up process to reach them for Christ. (3 sessions) F
2. Coach/section leader training—Ruth Hatfield—introduce potential leaders to the coach/section leader position as well as polishing the skills of existing section leaders/coaches (1 session) A
3. DNA of life groups at Celebration—Rick Sharkey---understanding the DNA of life groups at Celebration Church and how to evaluate the health of your life group (3 sessions) F
4. Recruitment of people from the congregation for your life group—Patrick Eagan—imparting the vision for reaching our people in our congregation by personal invitation and by using technology (email, text, phone, etc.) (3 sessions) F
5. Discipleship and mentoring—Tony Leverett---various means of discipleship that are used at CC and how they are meant to be utilized. (3 sessions) F
6. Children in life groups—Dania Geraci—ministry to children in life groups and simple tools that any life group can use when children show up (agendas, activity box, etc) (3 sessions) F
7. Life groups in High Schools—Javier Acosta—how to start life groups in high schools (2 sessions) S
8. Life groups on the college campus—Tony Leverett-- how to start life groups on the college campus (1 session) S
9. Nursery/preschool ministry—Dave Jochum— A look at how preschoolers and those who lead them can be difference-makers in our world. (3 sessions)
10. Children’s ministry—Julie Boudreaux— A look at how children and those who lead them can be difference-makers in our world. (3 sessions)
11. 5th and 6th grade ministry—Allen Barrera-- A look at how 5th & 6th Graders and those who lead them can be difference-makers in our world. (3 sessions)
12. Conflict resolution—Checkerz Williams—helping life group leaders and members Biblically deal with conflict in the life group in order to draw the group closer together rather than tearing it apart. (2 sessions) A

F--Foundational—basic cell sessions that would benefit life group leaders or members to attend or could be an entry level training
A--Advanced sessions---for people who have cell ministry experience
S--Specialized sessions—sessions dealing with specialized cell groups or ministries that support cell groups
